This page explains, in plain words, what Limitless Epoxy Designs collects through this website and what we do with it.

What the quote form collects

• Details about your project: the type of space, size, finish, current floor and timeline.
• Your name, phone number, email and town or ZIP code.
• Any photos and notes you choose to add.
• Basic technical details: the page you sent the form from, the ad or link that brought you here (for example a Google or Facebook ad), and your IP address for spam protection.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your quote request: to contact you, price your floor and schedule a visit. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with other companies for their marketing.

Where it is sent and stored

• Your request is emailed to Jay through Resend, our email provider. You also get a confirmation email.
• Photos are stored privately with Cloudflare. Links to them expire after 30 days.
• We may keep a record of your request in a private database (Supabase) so we can follow up with you.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person and not a bot.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

Deleting your information

You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Just call (860) 637-9888 and tell us the name and phone number you used. We will delete your request, photos and any copies we hold.
