Will it yellow in the sun?
Standard epoxy can yellow in sunlight. That is why outdoor floors get a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat, which is made to hold its color outside.
Is it slippery when wet?
Any smooth surface can be slick when wet. We add traction grit on patios, steps and other wet areas, and you can choose how much texture you want.
How does it handle Connecticut winters?
Freeze and thaw is hard on bare concrete because water soaks in. A properly prepped and sealed surface keeps most water out. Use a plastic shovel and go easy on rock salt. Jay goes over care for your space at the quote.
