Your garage floor takes hot tires, dropped tools, oil and a winter of road salt. A thin coat of paint will not hold up to that. We grind the slab, fix the cracks and build a system that bonds into the concrete.

FAQ
Garage floors: common questions
Will hot tires lift it?
Hot tire pickup mostly happens with thin store-bought kits or floors that were never ground. We diamond grind the slab so the system bonds into the concrete, then finish with a polyaspartic topcoat.
Does it handle road salt?
Yes. A sealed floor keeps salt and slush on top, where you can squeegee or hose it off, instead of letting it soak into the concrete. Rinse it now and then during winter.
Can you do the stem walls and steps too?
Yes. Stem walls and steps are part of what we do, so the whole garage matches.
